She easily can empathize with people And understands why a person has shown a reaction in a situation.
Working as an HR (human resources) officer started for her this: She thought she could help people to improve their social relationships and assist them in creating balanced growth based on their emotions.
During these years, she has been interviewing a lot of clients. She visits a new character and faces a new communicative challenge every day.
After ten years of experience in HR, she did not limit her career to communication.
After a while, she entered to performance evaluation and career satisfaction sectors. The milestone of this process was working in a learning team.
The situation was an opportunity for her to be more familiar with leadership subjects and software skills. It was her career turning point, and this work envelope attracted her more than previous ones.
With the knowledge and experience of these years in different and various work envelopes, she is now the Hr manager of The Phanous. She is dealing with knowing people, helping to build better communications, and making others perform better and improve.
