Human resources affairs began for Minareh in voluntary work. Along with studying at the university or working, she always was an active member of Armenian NGOs or social centers. Building a purposeful team, making the members feel for the team, and especially helping others gradually became a routine for her. The joy of communicating with different people, and helping people to connect for a task, attracted Minareh. Despite her mathematics and engineering background, and experience in different areas of expertise, she got acquainted with human resources affairs. For Minareh, the job in a human resources team is like her voluntary work; Not only the same in tasks and communicating with people but also in the pleasure of it. She found that human resources affairs are the proper way for her to keep.
Serious in this way, Minare is a human resources administrator in Phanous. She is eager for any kind of collective activities more than others.
